We review applications within 2 business days and email you when trade pricing is active.

Build the design in the Wizard and order free samples to confirm color with your client.

Approve the design, check out at trade pricing, and we fabricate, number and ship the sheets.

Who qualifies
Businesses that specify, sell or install tile for clients, including:
- Interior designers and kitchen and bath designers
- Architects and design-build firms
- Remodelers, builders and general contractors
- Tile setters and installation contractors
- Tile, kitchen and bath showrooms and dealers
What we ask for
The application
- Firm name, contact details and business address
- A website, portfolio or social profile showing your work
- Optional: a professional membership (ASID, NKBA, IIDA, AIA, NTCA)
- Optional: a resale certificate, required only for tax-exempt purchases
Policies
Trade program policies
These terms apply to purchases made through an approved trade account.
Pricing
Trade members receive 15% off the listed price of mosaics, applied at checkout. Sample products, shipping and taxes are not discounted. Trade pricing is for purchases on behalf of your clients or projects. Accounts may not be shared outside your firm.
Samples
Up to 5 sample items per calendar month are free for logged-in trade members, including shipping by standard ground service. Additional samples are charged at the listed sample price.
Design approval
Each order is made to the design you approve in the Mosaic Design Wizard or in writing. On-screen color is an approximation. We recommend confirming color with physical samples before approval.
Ordering and payment
Fabrication is scheduled once the design is approved and payment is received. Larger architectural projects can be invoiced with a deposit by arrangement.
Lead times
Fabrication typically takes 1–2 weeks for smaller mosaics and 2–4 weeks for larger mosaics after approval and payment, depending on design complexity and tile availability. Major architectural work is scheduled per project. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Call us to confirm a deadline before you order.
Shipping
Orders ship from Evergreen, Colorado to any US address, including jobsites. Shipping cost is shown at checkout. Blind shipping, with no prices or invoices in the box, is available on request. Inspect cartons on delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
Sales tax and resale certificates
If you buy for resale, upload a valid resale certificate with your application or later from your account. Once we have verified it, your trade purchases are processed without sales tax. You are responsible for collecting and remitting tax on your sale to your client.
Inspection before installation
Every order includes numbered sheets and a placement diagram. Please have your installer check all sheets against the diagram before setting any tile, and report problems within 7 days of delivery.
Remakes and returns
If a sheet arrives damaged or does not match the approved design, we remake it at no charge. Because every mosaic is made to order, approved custom mosaics cannot be returned or cancelled once fabrication has started.
Warranty
Tile material and fabrication carry a 20-year limited warranty. Installation labor and setting materials are not covered.
Confidentiality
We do not contact, market to or sell directly to clients you bring to us. Designs you create for a project are not used in our marketing, portfolio or social media without your written permission.
Program changes
We may update these terms or end a trade account that is misused. Orders already placed are fulfilled under the terms in effect when they were placed.
